Sustainable Energy Ireland Home Energy Saving scheme
Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI) have announced a grant scheme for specific building improvements designed to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
This scheme fits neatly with our existing BER service. Our standard BER assessment includes in addition to the BER certificate and standard SEI Advisory Report a specific improvement report outlining the most cost effective measures to improve your home.
You can NOW have your BER carried out with us and we will help you identify the opportunities for building improvements that are most appropriate for your property and are most cost effective taking into consideration the grants available.
You can then be ready to apply for your grant as soon as SEI begin taking applications in the coming weeks.
We are also in a position to provide the follow up survey to ensure improvements have been carried out in line with SEI specifications.

Roof Insulation - €250

External wall Insulation - €4,000
Heating Controls Upgrade - €500
Boiler & Heating System Controls Upgrade - €700
A Before works and an After works BER assessment €200
